The vast majority of cutlery ended up vintage Norwegian design from Skaugum and Hardangerbestikk. Pleasant depth. The restaurant has various cows milking just for them. As well as desert was an incredibly good milk ice cream. The plum sake we had with it absolutely was delightful. On our way again up into the mezzanine for any espresso and a few "lørdagsgodt" we ended up addressed to a small tour on the restaurant. Sneak peak into the kitchen, visit on the upstairs wine home, details about the artwork and a few of the vegetation they developed and use. This was pretty near to perfect plus a food I am going to bear in mind my total lifetime.

Visited it for the duration of "høstkampanje" in September 2024, took five courses menu devoid of vine menu, just some water and non-alcoholic beverages.
